Description

Venetia Stanley-Smith is a British woman who lives in Ohara, Kyoto, in a traditional Japanese house that is over a century old.
Born into a traditional English aristocratic family, Venetia was never satisfied with the glamourous high society, and at the age of 19, she set off on a wandering journey around the world. Finally, as fate would have it, she arrived at an old house nestled in Ohara, a village tucked away in a valley.
An attentive life that blends traditional Japanese culture with the essence of England. This documentary soothes the eyes and soul and is filled with wisdom on how to live in peaceful harmony with the four seasons.
