Okabe started working at TELECOM JAPAN Inc. in 1973, then founded TELECOM STAFF Inc. and became its CEO in 1992. He is highly praised inside and outside Japan for his production work, including John Lurie and The Lounge Lizards Live in Berlin, which was invited to the Berlin International Film Festival; The Days with Jacques, which won the Palme d’argent at the Festival Mondial de l’Image Sous-marine d’Antibes; and The Naked Summer, which was invited to the BUSAN International Film Festival. See the World by Train, which began airing in 1987, has become one of Japan’s most renowned and long-running programs that is popular among train enthusiasts and a wide range of other fans.

Yamada joined TELECOM JAPAN in 1985. He has won numerous awards for producing informative, curiosity-inspiring entertainment shows with fresh perspectives. His work includes documentaries, a game show focusing on the stories behind and techniques used to make art, and a drama about the mysteries of classical music. He was appointed a TELECOM STAFF executive producer in 2003 and CEO in 2018, and is also vice-chairman of the Association of All Japan TV Program Production Companies.

Horiuchi has produced television programs in a wide range of genres such as lifestyle, music, documentaries and dramas since joining TELECOM STAFF Inc. in 1995. She works on multilingual content for various platforms as well. She was appointed COO in 2022.
